Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recently celebrated its 30th anniversary and awards ceremony with a throwback to the 1980s and “The Wonder Years,” boasting big hair, shoulder pads, neon spandex, preppy style, punk rock and more.
The celebration gave a nod to popular television shows with characters like Kevin Arnold and Winnie Cooper from 1980s hit “The Wonder Years.” The event honored the company’s 2017 top producers for their performance, accomplishments and sales success.
The top company award winners included:
■ Elizabeth Hudgins, Ponte Vedra office: Top Producer with $32.6 million in closed sales.
■ Stefanie Bernstein, St. Augustine/Murabella offices: Named Top Listing Agent with 61 listings. Bernstein also was honored as the company’s Top Transaction Agent with more than 184 transactions, and Top Sales Agent with 68 sales units.
■ The Lisa Barton Team, Ponte Vedra Beach/Nocatee office: Recognized as the Top Producing Team with more than $38 million in closed sales.
■ Ilona Fischer, Ponte Vedra office: Named Rookie of the Year with more than $3 million in closed sales.
The Ponte Vedra Office, under the leadership of managing broker Kevin Waugaman, received the Chairman’s Cup, which recognizes overachievement of budget targets in a number of categories, including client feedback, recruiting, listing sides, closed sides, per person productivity, closed volume and profitability.
