Azurea, the AAA four-diamond signature restaurant of One Ocean Resort & Spa, will host the Halter Ranch Paso Robles Wine Dinner on Wednesday, March 28 at 6:30 p.m., as part of its quarterly wine dinner series.
One Ocean Resort & Spa’s in-house sommelier and culinary team has developed five courses, featuring wine pairings from the Halter Ranch Vineyard in California’s up-and-coming Central Coast Wine Country.
The Halter Ranch Paso Robles Wine Dinner is $105 per person and reservations can be made through OpenTable or by calling (904) 249-7402.
