Alejandra Hernandez-Ordoñez hired as assistant to executive director at CCPVB

The Cultural Center expands staff under Donna Guzzo

Alejandra Hernandez-Ordoñez has beeen hired as an assistant to Executive Director Donna Guzzo at the Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra Beach.

The position will give Hernandez-Ordoñez a variety of responsibilities, like managing Renaissance memberships, assisting with grant writing, processing and follow up, providing Capital Campaign materials and managing the St. Johns Volunteers website for the Center's needs and recruitment.

"I am really excited to be joining the Cultural Center at such a pivotal time," Hernandez-Ordoñez said. "With plans of growth and expansion in the next few years, I am looking forward to being a part of the Center's success. I am coming into the Center at a time when two big events are in the cusp of being coordinated - the Eco Fashion Show and The Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices Home & Art Tour.  I am glad to be a part of the event planning and excited to see them come to fruition."

Guzzo commended CCPVB's new acquisition.

"Alejandra comes to us from the corporate world and brings a different perspective and expertise that we can leverage," Guzzo said. "Her Time Management skills are second to none."

Hernandez-Ordoñez is married to Carlos Ordoñez; they have two children currently attending school in the St. Johns County School District at the middle and elementary level.
