Watson’s Realty Corp. recently welcomed Phil Lamb as managing broker of the firm’s new office in Nocatee Town Center.

Lamb comes to Watson from San Marcos, California, where he worked for more than two decades in the real estate industry.

“We are so excited to have Phil as a member and leader of our team,” President Ed Forman said. “Phil has been part of the Southern California real estate community for over 20 years and is one of its most highly respected brokers. I am pleased to have him join our team.”

In addition to his real estate background, Forman said, Lamb is an experienced coach and trainer – skills he hopes to employ in helping the Nocatee staff service the needs of local clients.

“Phil has made a name for himself in the real estate industry,” said William A. Watson, Jr., owner and chairman of the board of Watson Realty Corp. “We are thrilled for him to share the valued integrity and discipline that he is so well-known for with our team.”

A Tennessee native, Lamb holds a master’s degree in coaching psychology from John F. Kennedy University and is fluent in English and Spanish. He began his real estate career in the early 1990s, producing $33 million in transactions in his first three years. He went on to gain experience in teaching and leadership at Hobbs Herder Advertising, a firm that specialized in real estate advertising. He also founded Agent Power Up, Inc., a real estate coaching company.

Lamb has an extensive background with Coldwell Banker and most recently was a team leader with Keller Williams in California.

“Joining the Watson Realty Corp. team is a truly significant milestone in my real estate career,” Lamb said. “I’m looking forward to serving my team at Watson Realty Corp. and serving the growing community of Nocatee.”
