The building boom in Nocatee Town Center continues unabated, as a number of new businesses are both under construction and set to open soon.
In addition to a Chase Bank now under construction in the heart of the master-planned community, a new building slated to house a dental practice and nail salon is also rising fast on Crosswater Boulevard. The popular M Shack eatery, meanwhile, is expected to open next month.
The new buildings are just the latest in a flurry of construction and activity in Nocatee, which for the past several years has ranked as the third fastest-growing master-planned community in the nation. Recent businesses to join the Nocatee Town Center community include Coastal Wine Market & tasting room, Dunkin Donuts, Pieology and Grace Conservatory dance studio.
