The shops and businesses of 4th Avenue South in Jacksonville Beach kicked off the holiday season on Thursday, Nov. 8 with their annual Holiday Stroll. Attendees of the holiday open house explored the shops for holiday décor and treats and enjoyed refreshments and hors d'oeuvres along the way.
