        A 17-year-old Ponte Vedra Beach driver was charged with reckless driving after speeding into a Palm Valley pond on Saturday evening. The teen, along with another 17-yearold passenger, drove past two deputies going east on Nocatee Parkway, reportedly traveling more than 100 miles per hour.
